As you can see Elaine has a novel way of packing the mugs! I think we salvaged 2 !! Lots of our regulars from Balcatta are full of compliments about our lovely new premises. The fact is that we are actually with TELSTRA not OPTUS (which the technician in Mumbai found extremely amusing) and we were not disconnected......After an 8 hour marathon of on the phone off the phone under the desk turning routers on and off, the Phillipines fixed it! So apologies to all of those who were affected but this one was out of our control just another one of those Telstra glitches......
