06.01.2022 https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PX55M9N Alliance Planning has been engaged to prepare a Strategic Business Plan for the Delaney’s Creek Pony Club. The club successfully secured a grant through Moreton Bay Regional Council to undertake this project. This Plan will guide future direction of the club including improvements to club administration and facility development. As part of this process we are seeking feedback from members on what members value about the club, activities that could be provided, areas that could be improved and priority facility development opportunities. We have developed a short online survey that can be accessed from the link below. Please note that the link will take you to an external website for you to complete the survey. 04.01.2022 Welcome back, everyone. This is to advise Clubs that our approved Industry COVID Safe Plan has been updated, and the current one we are to use is the Outdoor Sports Industry Covid Safe Plan v9. Each Club’s Covid Safe Officer, Biosecurity Manager and committee members should be familiar with this Plan. https://www.covid19.qld.gov.au//approved-industry-covid-sa A Statement of Compliance must be displayed.... https://www.covid19.qld.gov.au//statement-of-compliance.pd Compliance with an Industry COVID Safe Plan continues to play a vital role in our return to play: The total number of people to attend the activity, training and/or competition at indoor venues is to be based on occupant density of one person per two square metres regardless of facility size. For outdoor venues, physical distancing off the field of play is required. Physical contact permitted on the field of play only (the revised definition of field of play which now extends to incorporate change rooms and marshalling areas, etc specifically required for training and competing, so that facilities can used without occupant density requirements, provided there are no other persons (i.e. spectators) in with active participants) At all other times, participants, coaches, officials, trainers and spectators are to observe physical distancing requirements. Keep following the mandatory record keeping requirements for tracking and tracing purposes, for 56 days Pre-registration is encouraged Sanitising and hygiene requirements continue. When running a COVID Safe Event: Outdoor events: 1500 people permitted at outdoor events with a COVID Safe Event Checklist Larger events require a COVID Safe Plan Please check the PCQ website where the following, and other resources, can be found: Outdoor Sports Industry Covid Safe Plan v9 PCQ COVID SAFE Event Checklist 2-12-201 Industry Plan Statement of Compliance PCQ Biosecurity Gate Notice Attendance Register Template COVID Safety Officer Training PCQ QR code Government and PCQ signage We take this opportunity to advise members that, should they require any support or guidance, please contact us on [email protected] Melinda Hughes State Secretar See more
