The things you hear as a delegate would make your hair curl. I help employees get the right information in regards to their rights in the workplace. ... It makes me extremely happy to help out members with a vast range of issues they have faced such as pay errors, rostered breaks, bullying, workers comp,casual conversation and many more. I have a good rapport with my colleagues and the management and I value my role as the SDA Union delegate. It’s a no-brainer - join the Union! #unitedandstrong
