I want to better understand Narcissistic Personality Disorders And sociopathy... I think everyone has a degree of Narcissism but there’s a level of sociopathy and narcissism that is really damaging to interact with. It’s horribly destabilising and painful when you realise you’ve been used (though to paraphrase Quentin Crisp - spare a thought for those who are never used!) We live in an incredible world full of mirrors and reflections. We all get lost in it from time to time. It’s good to be aware though, that some people are not who they present themselves to be. I really think the best way to protect yourself is to watch people’s actions and make sure they are congruent with their words. 11.01.2022 Hello my Frens...it’s been awhile. I’ve not been making much music...just had to take some time off for myself. I’m writing now though for your help...if you can. I know it’s a tough time of year but Barry has fallen ill and I need every cent I can to make sure I can care for him properly.
