04.01.2022 Had the pleasure of making this for an avid cyclist. If you love doing something, put it on your cake! Edible prints are fantastic, anything you can think of that can be printed normally, can be printed on edible icing sheets. Also had an edible print on fondant backing as a sign that went on the little mound to the back left. This weather is not kind to fondant! 1/2 sheet cake of caramel cake with vanilla buttercream grass. 03.01.2022 Well i did it. Wasn't sure it would come together, and our weather has been anything but kind to fondant. Layers of vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, white chocolate ganache under vanilla fondant. Rice bubbles and marshmallow for controller with dark chocolate ganache and fondant. Not scared of fondant anymore.
