Absolutely loved revisiting one of the first ever cafes that I have visited at the Sunshine Coast a few years back! Oh man, how time and flown by and things have changed! But one it hasn’t is my all time advice about food: having a flexible attitude towards food is better for your mental health and your overall life You don’t need to eliminate food groups. You don’t need to fear fats or carbs. Ever. You can have a balanced diet and honour what you want to eat more, instead of just restricting and regretting it later And another thing that hasn’t changed is how perfect @decisionscafe is! It has it all! You actually won't find a 'Breakfast' or 'Lunch' section on their menu and it's simply split into 2 all day dining options SUPERFOOD (‘healthy’) and SUPERJUNK (not so ‘healthy’) And the DECISION is all yours! If you are craving something more wholesome and nourishing, today, go for it And if you want to eat some delicious and less-nutrient foods, every now and then, you’re okay too Which one will be today?! 09.01.2022 Who needs a superfood hit to get through Monday? Repost @thefoodiefam_ This week we made a sneaky trip to @decisionscafe. Overall we loved the experience! One of us ordered the Brekkie Burrito from the super junk menu and the other ordered Nasi Goreng both dishes were very large portion sizes and both were very delishhhhh! The staff were also so helpful in assisting us choosing our lunch from their large and delicious menu! Maybe next time we’ll have to try something a bit more sweet
