25.01.2022 PROJECT #22 2020 Glen Iris. This small front deck had severe water damage on the RH corner. The Verandah supporting post had sagged due to a long term leak in the gutter above. Kev had to prop the post, rip the corner out sub floor out, replace the joits, and reskin the deck. Another excellent result.

20.01.2022 PROJECT #17 2020 Doncaster. TDN built the 67sq/M verandah a few ago. Then last Monday, Chris & Josh went back and started the refurbishment on the 51sq/M deck under the new verandah.... The decking is "Woodevo" composite in two colours. "Basult for the main body and, "Charcoal" for the picture framing, resulting in defined borders. The client chose Treated Pine Plinth rails, which will be painted in Colourbond "monument" in the next few days. NB. The decking was just hosed down when these shots were taken, so there is some residual surface water sitting on the deck.

19.01.2022 PROJECT #27 2020 Heathmont screen and awning! TDN added this Merbau privacy screen and Polcarb awning to our client some sun and rain protection. The dark drinkrail was copping the weather, so the owner added a tracked shade screen blind, but that was not enough. Scotty added the screen and Polycarb awning to afford a higher level of protection. Job well done!

19.01.2022 PROJECT #26 2020 ROWVILLE A little one day reskin to tidy up the front landing and no ongoing maintenance. Composite decking is Poliwood installed by Adrian.

18.01.2022 PROJECT #19 2020 Cranbourne. ONE day in Cranbourne! That was all it took to complete this "Tuff Deck" Composite project. TDN is happy, Chris and Josh are happy and most importantly....the OWNERS are happy!

17.01.2022 PROJECT #23 2020 Rowville. A neat little 20sq/M Composite deck over concrete. Took Chris and Josh a combined 13hrs to complete. The two tone Grey made for an appealing result, which defined the edges. The Composite decking is Poliwood "Oldwood and Charcoal"

16.01.2022 PROJECT #20 2020 Lower Plenty. A new Merbau deck to wrap around the fence. SS insert and drinkrail tops on the handrails. A new sliding door (by others) to be installed in place of the window.

16.01.2022 PROJECT #15 2020 MALVERN EAST. Malvern East oozes class and success. It is a "go to" location for successful professionals, looking for an upmarket "lifestyle" solution! When you have just spent over half a million renovating and extending, you want everything to be "just so!" Your beautiful inground pool is complete, but what about the pool deck?... "No problemo!" Get a few quotes, but get the best! I promised the owners we would deliver, and we did! Kev was his normal "exacting self" Meticulously fussy and accurate, he delivered on my promise to the owners.

15.01.2022 PROJECT #18 2020 Mt Dandenong. A rebuild of the sub floor and a new 140mm Merbau deck, delivered the desired result for our very cautious client. Bluestone piers and a Bluestone perimeter made a bulletproof starting point for a new sub floor. The old OB sub floor was in a poor state due to ongoing exposure to moisture for 9 months per year. ... MGP10 H3 Treated Pine was the remedy, so out with the old and in with the new. 14.01.2022 PROJECT #25 2020 Ringwood Nth The COVID restrictions have reduced TDN to a crawl, but not entirely stopped us! This terraced deck was completed using Poliwood Composite decking. SS handrail inserts and Composite cladded steps completed the instal. It is a job well done considering the trying circumstances Chris faced on site!

09.01.2022 PROJECT # 28 2020 Vermont South carport. The original carport roof was very good...in 1980! However time and the elements take their toll. Our instructions were to remove and dispose of the original. Then, simplify and rebuild on the original Piers, new gutter and connect to LPOD. "Job Done"

05.01.2022 PROJECT #16 2020 Hawthorn East. In addition to the deck Kev is building, we were asked later, to remove a post that was obstructing the new steps and extend two existing posts. Chris and Josh were assigned this task. The issue was the Beam at the top of the post that was to be removed. "Was there a hidden join in the Beam being supported by the post behind the cement sheet cladding?"... As it turned out....there was not! The Beam was a full length steel "I" Beam, cladded in timber....Problem solved! So, TWO post extensions and ONE out..job done in two hours.

04.01.2022 PROJECT #21 2020 Bayswater Nth. "Kev strikes again!" "There is no substitute for quality" Another 1st class result by our master deck builder Kev. The attention to detail is what makes all the difference. Our client could have got this instal at a cheaper price by others, but opted for our premium build.
