22.01.2022 PROCESSING SOME INNER SHIT THAT HAD ME QUESTIONING HOW I SHOWED UP Although it’s a work in progress, as a general rule I LOVE living in a high vibration, a high energy and shining my light. I LOVE seeing people as who they truly are at a soul level and connecting with them there. ... I LOVE having fun and being a little crazy Although I made some amazing connections and had some awesome fun over the past 4 days, I was really feeling that I dimmed my light, I lowered my vibration and I held back my energy. Today I’ve been going deep to process this. Going deep as I was questioning myself and how I showed up over the weekend. Asking myself why?? Asking myself who was I actually being?? Asking myself why I was hiding?? Asking myself why I didn’t really play full out?? And this is what came up for the colourful unicorn, angel, fairy it was an event with 1000 online, soulful entrepreneurs vibrating at an incredible frequency - it was okay for me to sit back and take it all in. it was an event where there were so many new comers to personal development, internal processes and soul connections - it was okay for me to help hold the space for them. it was an event where every single person is a member of a phenomenal online attraction marketing community and where social media, live videos and pictures with mentors was happening 24/7 - it was okay for me to just connect with a hug, some gratitude and few words. I wasn’t hiding. I wasn’t playing small I wasn’t feeling unworthy I was TRUSTING MYSELF I was letting go of feeling I had to CONTROL everything I was allowing others to really SHINE their light I was choosing to love, accept and embrace myself Today I am showing myself compassion and love, and BEING KIND & GENTLE to the little girl in me that thought she was hiding. 22.01.2022 The joys of house hunting So we are thinking that we quite like the lifestyle here on the Sunny Coast but there aren’t too many other furnished apartments over looking the ocean like we had. .... So I’m pondering .... do I go for another one bedroom apartment close to the beach in a lovely complex with shared facilities further from town and buy new furniture . do I look into a beautiful 5 bedroom Villa in a gated community close to Mount Coolum bike ride from beach fully furnished on a lake own pool double story access to tennis courts maintained gardens and get in some roomies . do I consider living on acreage also with 5 bedrooms tropical gardens Hampton’s style fully maintained very secluded bike ride to beach single level gorgeous pool & outdoor area spare rooms for family & friends also getting some roomies? . What will the next week bring? So blessed that I have choices. #ournewhome

My conscious mind telling me .... you HAVE to be on social media you HAVE to show up everyday you HAVE to continue to inspire & give value you HAVE to keep up to date with what everyone is doing you HAVE to be building relationships and connecting you HAVE to be a role model for your team It’s who you are It’s your business It’s your personal brand Until 2 weeks ago when I finally listened . I stepped away I stopped the scroll I posted NOTHING ... not even stories I didn’t even take any photos I connected deeper with myself I connected deeper with Wes I connected deeper with my soul sisters I connected deeper with Mother Nature I read books I danced to music I slept in I went within I listened to my body I had beautiful conversations AND MY BUSINESS GREW . Not only did my business grow but today I was celebrated for reaching the next level rank of LEADERSHIP in my online business. . Holy f$&k Two weeks stepping away from my business and it still grew I still made money That certainly never happened in my traditional Personal Training or Coaching businesses over the previous 20 years If I didn’t show up neither did my income >> ->>>> But for me it’s not about the next level RANK OF LEADERSHIP or the EXTRA COUPLE OF 1000’s of DOLLARS in my bank account or even the doubled commissions I now get to earn What most excites me is that I’m making a massive positive difference in the world I’m connecting I’m co-creating . I had my list and the home we were going to move into had to tick a majority of the boxes in Coolum Beach ocean views walking distance to beach for my morning swims large outdoor verandah so I could sit in the sun fully furnished gorgeous space for my home office spare rooms for family and friends to come to stay room to have a house mate and company whilst Wes is away at work a swimming pool a shower where I could hook up my Anespa large kitchen and family area . Welcome to our new home our expansion mansion! We move in on January 12. I had an interesting conversation with a beautiful, soulful sister recently about how something someone said about her energy work triggered the F$&K out of her so much so that she had to do some self healing on it. It’s so crazy though as this beautiful, wise and totally tuned in healer gets 100’s of positive remarks and feedback every week for the work that she does. But one person out of 1000’s makes a harsh comment that he didn’t agree with her work and it set her in a spin. : : Why is it that one negative remark one negative review or one opinion that is completely different to our beliefs overrides all the positive? . . WE ARE PROGRAMMED TO FOCUS ON THE NEGATIVE Even Brené Brown talks about being guilty of this in her famous TED talk on Vulnerability. . . We also do it when someone recommends a great product or experience or a business opportunity .... most people find themselves trying to find (generally through our trusty friend Google that only shares the TRUTH ) negative results feedback and comments or reasons ... why it won’t work or isn’t good rather than WHY IT WILL WORK or HOW GREAT IT IS!!! : : WE ARE PROGRAMMED TO FOCUS ON THE NEGATIVE You just have to listen to the news watch TV read the papers browse the magazines there is so much negativity so much ridiculous drama. . . Being a glass overflowing type of gal I just can’t understand how people can even waste their precious minutes drawn in by all this negativity. . . How do you think your life would change if you just focus on only looking at the POSITIVES in your life? Just do it for a week. . . If someone gives you positive comments take them onboard graciously and thank them. If someone gives you any negativity- thank them and send them love If someone suggests something to you that may just improve your health your wealth your relationships your spirituality your career ..... research al the positive aspects and give it a try. . . Celebrations started yesterday with a family day out with some of my beautiful soul sisters golf lessons at the driving range with my awesome golf coach dinner on the beach at Coolum Beach with my man . Many years ago I made the choice that I don’t work on my birthday The past few years I’ve upped the stakes and now choose to take the week off Now I get to choose me .... I’m choosing more me time I’m choosing pampering I’m choosing being in nature I’m choosing beautiful connections AND I’m choosing to accept dinner dates flowers phone calls and gifts all week long too. . My heart will still be a little heavy though as all my family cannot be with me Dee
07.01.2022 You know what I love ? . I love seeing and being around couples who are in love.... I mean really in love. No matter if they’ve only been together for a few years half their lives or an eternity No matter if they are male / female female / female male / male No matter if it’s their first love or third marriage. . It just really lights me up to see this. They are not all over each other all the time there’s just a look an energy a touch a connection. You can feel the chemistry between them when you’re around them. They have a glow They speak respectfully to each other They seem to feel safe This all gives me truthbumps. Sometimes it lasts a lifetime And sometimes it doesn’t It’s not always perfect but it’s real : The best gift is to be thankful for being able to share this love connection energy. . I feel so blessed that I feel this way about my beautiful hubby. After 28 years ...... I still get butterflies when I see him I still get tingles when he touches me My love for him grows stronger all the time even though we are so different even though we share different interests & beliefs even though our communication isn’t great sometimes even though we’ve had different ideas on parenting .... BUT especially because we’ve ridden the rough times together and come out the other side STRONGER . My wish is for everyone on this Earth to be able to feel this love at least once in their lifetime.
