23.01.2022 The Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the existing team and be an integral part of the growth and development of the business. Located in the seaside city of Warrnambool, the resort consists of 81 hotel rooms and a host of wellness experiences including a Hot Springs bathing Sanctuary, Day Spa, Bath House, Salt Room, Sauna, Indoor Swimming pool and a Restaurant & Bar . You will report to the Operations Manager.... The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, lead by example, have an understanding of revenue drivers and strive to deliver the highest level of customer service. Primary responsibilities include: Leading the team in all areas of Front Office including Reception and Reservations. Support, train and mentor the existing team. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues to ensure repeat business. Maximize revenues. Controlling costs & wages through effective staffing levels. Develop and maintain client relationships. The ability to work a rotating roster. Respond to guest feedback and perform necessary action in a prompt manner to maintain the integrity of the guest experience. As a head of the front office department, you will work cooperatively with other department heads to support all team members. Previous experience using Suite8 property management system is preferred but not essential.
