14.01.2022 I just discovered today that sometimes pure joy comes after an early morning group swim!!!
08.01.2022 Rescued this little guy from low tide, he was flat on his back stuck to the wet sand. I wasn’t prepared for how sharp his little feet felt and I got really nervous when he sped up my arm like I was a tree... we stared into each other’s eyes for a bit and I felt so grateful to have such a fleeting connection with another living creature... I transported him to dry land and we went our separate ways... hopefully he was smiling as much as I was afterwards!! I love connecting with nature, how it wakes me up to the present moment, pauses my thinking and makes me appreciate this beautiful world we live in #natureconnection #naturelover #cicada
