25.01.2022 In the coming weeks, I will slowly pack up my shop and say goodbye to Paddy's, this has no bearing on Defiant Conjure as a business because it is registered as a home business, means my regulars can have a bourbon with me lol and il still curse my competitors, there is literally fuckall ppl going to Paddy's anymore and it will never change there, they literally made me pay rent last week during lockdown but others did not have to pay so il get the fuck outta there before I lo...se my shit, I'd like to focus more of the business online and in shops also at other markets, the other factor to is I'm career oriented which will make it difficult to run a shop during the week while I'm continuously working and studying but I will always be making artisan sauces it's my passion and my love and as you will see soon so is Conjure!, Defiant Conjure is an expression of myself and my passions making them readily available to others, it's not about sitting in an empty market and being ripped off! It's about defying all the odds and saying fuck you! 1year in my first business I've learned a lot, it's difficult there's a lot in business school they don't teach you that you have to learn first hand, leaving Paddy's is no loss to the business if anything il gain more because the overheads will be dramatically be reduced by over 90% and all that time and energy wasted there can be used way more productively, Life is good I am actually very happy with my decision and personally i am so pleased with my efforts and I am so grateful for the support I've received from everyone, there is nothing better in the world than making something with your hands and watching others enjoy it,i love my craft!
