20.01.2022 De Goey Contractors are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing, verifying and reconciliation of supplier invoices and statements, along with other general reception and administrative duties. This role will suit an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is seeking a busy yet rewarding part time role and enjoys working within a team environment.... This is a part-time role with some flexibility, approx. 30 hours per week. Tasks will include: - Accurate processing of supplier invoices in a timely manner. - Assisting with month end reconciliations. - Establishing and maintaining supplier files. - Data entry of Accounts Payable into MYOB. - Issuing purchase orders to suppliers. - Managing the 'Accounts' email inbox. - Bank reconciliations. - Reception duties. - Stocktake and maintain staff amenities & stationery supplies. To be successful in the role you will have: - Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable type role. - Have a strong user level of MYOB. - Experienced in MS office package, particularly on Excel. - Highly developed attention to detail. - An ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team - Communication promptly, displaying high standards of conduct. - Manage competing priorities, work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills to deliver quality service to clients & suppliers.
