Please be patient with our team as we navigate some changes we have made in the salon to ensure we are COVID compliant and keeping the team & yourself safe at all times. Some things you need to know...... - When you attend your appointment, please attend alone. This includes family & children. Our treatment room sizes only allow us to have our therapist + client. - Temperatures will be taken upon entry into the salon. If you have a temperature, we will be unable to complete your appointment. - You will be required to complete a COVID checklist including your personal details for COMPLIANCE. - Our reception area allows us to have no more than 3 people at anyone time. If you arrive to your appointment & notice 3 people already in the reception area, please wait outside until someone leaves & our friendly team will welcome you in. If you do not have a booked appointment, you cannot attend the salon. For the foreseeable future, we are by appointment only to ensure we can remain compliant with ease. - If you are unwell or have any flu like symptoms you will need to reschedule your appointment. - If you have been in contact with anyone who has COVID or have COVID yourself, you will need to reschedule your appointment. - Throughout the salon, we have hand sanitiser & hand washing station available. - Until further restrictions are eased, we cannot perform Skin Needling, Massage Treatments, Float Tank & Sauna bookings. 16.01.2022 We hate to bring it up, but its so important for our business and we need you to understand why. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, were okay with this but we ask that you respect our time too. Most clients book their appointments weeks/months in advance and it is often tricky to fill last minute cancellations.... When you make an appointment, we allocate you a therapist & keep this time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24hours notice. This includes making changes to treatments you have booked on the day of your appointment. In the event you are unable to provide 24hrs notice to cancel, reschedule or make changes to your appointment - you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you continually cancel last minute, you will be asked to pre-pay future appointments. No Shows make us sad too - when you No Show to your appointment, our business suffers a financial loss - our team and operating expenses etc still need to be paid and unfortunately because we didnt know you werent attending, we are unable to book another client in your pre-booked time. We know things happen & we do our best to accommodate this, however if you no show to your appointment without reason, you will still be required to pay for your appointment.
