24.01.2022 Hi Fam... Here’s the best recipe and the story behind the recipe...(Nancy Special Chicken) A moment, when a dish creates a history @Delhi To Canberra...... Each history has a story behind it. We had a big group come in for dine-in. As a part of the group, there was a customer named ‘Nancy’. When I went to Nancy’s table she put me in a critical situation. She asked me if I could recommend something special. She told me that she is anaphylactic to dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten-free, fatty chicken, most of the vegetables like onions, tomatoes and even capsicums. She also had an intolerance to spices. It was my first time ever when I was having experience with a customer, who has that many allergies. Oh my god, Nancy, I am speechless, I don’t really understand what I should recommend to you. Nancy, I know it’s hard, that all right, I will have some plain rice then. Ok, Nancy. Let me speak with my chef Raj if he can make you something free of allergies. I went to chef Raj and explained Nancy's condition. Chef Raj said, Let me think of something for her because I don’t want to let her go without having anything from the restaurant. And then he came out with a wonderful creation which was prepared with chicken breast, rice, coconut cream and an aromatic touch of Indian spices and herbs. Nancy was so glad to have a special meal for her. Did you like it, Nancy? I asked. Nancy said'' it was amazing dinner. I am grateful to the chef. He must be very talented as he cooks incredible dishes without the ingredients, which I couldn’t have. I will be coming regularly at Delhi to Canberra from now.
