20.01.2022 One of the things most talked about in our world is work. Whether its that we are looking for work, or found new work or are waiting to be able to finish work and retire, we dislike our work or we want a change but we dont know to what. Work occupies a large piece of our lives and much of our conversations.

20.01.2022 If we are to live integrated lives, then our behaviour must be founded in what we believe and value.

18.01.2022 Today as a church family we did a bit of a show and tell and then spent time with the prompts to pray long various themes. Perhaps, as you have the opportunity you might like to sit with the prompts and pray with the themes in mind. Here is what we looked at: Prompt 1 Is there a time when you have broken a bone or required stitches? Has that completely healed, or do you still have reminders of the break (like when the weather changes) or a scar? Pray for those who need healin...g physical, emotional, relational, spiritual healing Prompt 2 If you can, bring along something that is imperfect, but you still love. It could be a teddy bear or toy, a dog-eared book, a favourite mug, or teacup. What is its imperfection and why do you still love it? Pray for family and friends while they may not be perfect, they are still loved. Prompt 3 If you can, please bring along a trophy, certificate, or award (of the story of you receiving one). What was it awarded for and what sacrifices did you make to receive it? Pray for those who make sacrifices for something greater, those that may need perseverance at this time. Prompt 4 If you can, please bring along a memento or a symbol of somewhere you would like to travel to. Where is it from? Pray for God to be at work in the world, and for those serving God in cross-cultural settings. Prompt 5 Please bring along something that reminds you of God. Praise God for who He is.
