24.01.2022 *NOW AVAILABLE* Delish Lactose Free Ice Cream! I have so far had great success with a few special lactose free orders, so they are now on the menu! The same creamy Delish Ice Cream you know and love, minus the lactose! $8 for 500ml $12 for 1L... Please be aware that while I can convert most of my ice cream to suit your dietary requirements, there may be some flavours which do not meet those requirements, particularly those with extra add ins (cookies, cocoa, chocolate etc). This will be communicated as needed with each customer. I will do my best to meet your needs.

20.01.2022 *NEW FLAVOUR* Delish Rocky Road Ice Cream! Choose from dark, milk or white chocolate chips to make it your own! I have been trying to get this flavour right for sooooo long, so I’m hoping you all love it as much as I do!

19.01.2022 Calling all Turkish Delight Lovers! I have been experimenting with a few new flavours in between orders, and couldn’t go past this flavour. I personally am not a fan of Turkish Delight, but my family LOVES it, so I had to try it out. I’m pretty sure the feedback I have received saying ‘DON’T change anything, it’s perfect as it is, I’ll be ordering 30 tubs of it’ is good enough feedback for me to release it to the public!

19.01.2022 Ok Licorice Lovers! It’s your turn! I am DESPERATELY trying to get a licorice flavour to work, I’ve made a few batches in my time as Delish, and I think I’m getting closer to getting it right, but now I need YOUR help! So my question is, would you like your licorice ice cream smooth or with chunks of licorice through it? Opinions are divided in my household! I can’t stand licorice, so I’m trusting you to help me nail this flavour!

16.01.2022 *EASTER IS ON ITS WAY* If anyone would like to place orders for Easter themed ice cream while Easter chocolate is available, please let me know. Unfortunately I don’t have time to experiment with loads of new flavours, but if you choose your ice cream base flavour, then choose your favourite Easter chocolate you would like in it, then we can create Easter magic! The options are endless! Get hopping, it’s for a limited time only, until the Easter chocolate is no longer available!

15.01.2022 Hello Ice Cream Lovers! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! Our first few months have been a lot of trial and error, and gathering feedback and ideas. Thank you to anyone who has purchased ice cream, booked buffets and provided feedback, it really means so much to us. There is still a little bit of trial and error to come until we get it right, so thanks for sticking with us! After crunching some numbers and reflecting on our first 3 months of bus...iness, Delish Ice Cream has decided to make the following changes to our buffet format: We will be offering different packages for parties of 30 guests or less. These packages will be in the form of a ‘Take Home Buffet’, which work out to be $6 per person or less. This will free up more of my time, and allow me to accept multiple buffet bookings on the same day, as I will not need to be there to serve it. Please see package details in pictures. (Prices may be subject to change). Prices include local delivery, but please contact me if you would like to place an order to be delivered outside of Port Pirie and I may be able to accommodate your order, dependent on location of course. Buffet bookings for more than 30 Ice Cream Lovers will be changed to ICE CREAM ONLY buffets. We have found that mix ins are a fun addition, BUT many people like the flavour of Delish Ice Cream on its own without any other flavours added. However, we will still make mix ins an option for those who would like to have them. Mix ins can be added to your buffet at an additional charge, or alternatively, you can buy your own mix ins and I am more than happy to serve them on the buffet for you. There will be an option to include MILKSHAKES in your buffet, at an additional charge per head. Please see package details in pictures. (Prices may be subject to change). We have had wonderful feedback about our buffets, but the mix ins can be so expensive, and add considerable cost to your booking. Also, I cannot reuse the mix ins that have been served on the buffet, so it is best if you purchase them and then keep whatever is left, rather than me throwing them away, as most hosts so far have not wanted to keep

Comment how many litres of ice cream you think have been churned since the 1st of October 2020. Closest guess wins. It’s that simple! The winner receives a $10 voucher.... Competition closes 8pm Sunday 3rd January 2021 and the winner will be announced 8pm Monday 4th January 2021.

04.01.2022 In Covid times, we have Covid style parties, including an Ice Cream buffet. With a bit of flexibility, I was able to fulfil a buffet booking over the weekend while complying with Covid restrictions. I delivered and set up the equipment and left it in the hands of the host to serve it so I didn’t add to guest numbers. I am so happy I was still able to be a part of the birthday celebrations, and was thrilled to see how much everyone enjoyed the buffet!

03.01.2022 Did you know that adding alcohol to Delish Ice Cream changes it’s consistency? While churning a whole heap of boozy ice cream to go out before Christmas, I thought it was a great time to share a little tip about ice cream consistency. Some Delish Ice Cream are scoopable straight from the freezer. Others (I’m looking at you Peanut Butter!) freeze solid and are very hard to scoop. These flavours are best served after allowing to thaw for about 5-10 minutes. Something to keep i...n mind before serving desserts on Christmas Day. Delish Boozy Ice Cream on the other hand stays very VERY soft, because of the alcohol content. Perfect for eating straight from the tub (who? ME? ). So while you may not get a perfectly formed scoop of ice cream, rest assured, it is still absolutely Delish, and hard to put the spoon down! Please keep in mind that if you do prefer a more solid ice cream, I can reduce the alcohol content of you ice cream ( Outrageous, I know! ), just let me know upon ordering.

Please allow plenty of notice for your order, as I do have a backlog to get through, and as most of you know, I am also employed elsewhere, so I try my best to balance my Work/Delish/Family as best I can.
