These healthcare heroes are not just the nurses and doctors in hospitals, but all the admin and support staff that keep the hospitals running and helping to get Covid ready in light of things changing every day They are paramedics now operating in full PPE and going home to their families The technicians working around the clock to get test results back quickly and accurately I’m sure there are so many other groups that have their own story of contribution - please share if you know any stories or are someone An update on what we’ve been able to do so far - 160 pops to Western Diagnostics Pathology Myaree who have been working around the clock lab testing for Covid - Tried to donate to SJOG Midland but got turned away as they have been inundated with donations and want to control whats coming into the hospital - understandable - Genesis Health at Fiona Stanley took 100 yesterday - who care for cancer patients - 2 cartons went to St John Ambulance in Rockingham and Mandurah - Yesterday we dropped off 50 pops to Charlie’s thanks to @bornetoo and they were distributed amongst staff in ED including the Covid ED dept We’ll be out and about donating more pops next week So a couple of things you can help donate by heading to delishice.com.au/shop and select the #healthheroes button Home and #healthhero deliveries happening NEXT Wednesday Down south (Cowaramup) still have pops beefing some love.
