19.01.2022 Safety is always our top priority on our deliveries and we ensure that there are adequate crew on board for proper rest periods. But we've found that sometimes on a long voyage a lot of people tend to rely on caffeine to help them to stay alert on watch. But caffeine inhibits sleep and when you're going down for a sleep every six hours, that residual caffeine can really mess with your system and prevent you from being able to sleep when you really need to.
