24.01.2022 A massive shout out to the whole of Narrabri for getting behind the first round of fencing for fire affected farmers. Cracking work for a great cause. If you want to play a part for the second round - drop in. Making a real difference to those that need it.

22.01.2022 Tough to post this, however a fantastic opportunity exists to continue an outstanding level of service in an embracing community.

12.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS As of Monday 23 March 2020 all Delta Ag branches are open. We have been working through the advice and guidelines from the Federal and State Governments on managing the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have implemented stringent social distancing and hygiene procedures in response. ... In order to assist us with these procedures, we request that you call your branch prior to arrival, so we can prepare your order for collection. This will reduce person to person contact at the branch. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We wish to assist in flattening the curve of spreading the virus and avoid any risk of infection amongst our clients and staff.

11.01.2022 Simple yet absurdly ambitious goal laid out: for Pat to out-moustache a fairly unimpressed Gary from a bald start within a month. So what if Pat looks like a ghost. So what if Gary's mo has the pedigree and development of a Penfolds Grange and Pat's the equivalent of a goon-bag. Aim high. Game on.

09.01.2022 With the utmost respect to the Pattison family, Delta Ag Narrabri will be closed this Saturday 4th July. We are saddened of the passing of long standing Delta Ag team member, Kim Pattison, better known as Spanner. Spanner had been with Delta Ag for over 10 years, managing the Burren Junction outlet from the start, and servicing his beloved clientele through both good and tough years, and was a very loyal and highly respected member of our team.... Spanner was a much loved member of the Burren Junction community, he was always up for a beer and a good fishing yarn, grower meetings at the Burren Pub will not be the same without him. Spanner will be sorely missed, it has come as a shock to all and our thoughts are with Jane, Harry, Tom and the Pattison family.

07.01.2022 Me (Wednesday morning): should we tip out the gauge? Gary: Nah, let it run. If it overflows over the weekend I'm happy to guess.... She's 2/3rds full now Gary. Could be game on.

07.01.2022 USE THE DRIVE-THRU Here is what you need to know in relation to COVID-19. YES, we are open, and expect to remain that way as essential providers to Agriculture and a critical part of the ag supply chain.... We have put in place additional measures that will allow us to service all farmers and continue to carry out business in a safe manner and reducing risk as much as we can for the protection of all. Please plan your needs as much as you can and phone ahead any orders to be packed and ready for collection. DELTA AG NARRABRI: (02) 6792 6488 We request that clients do not enter the show room or office sections of our business locations. All merchandise collections will be conducted in the drive thru warehouses, or branch yards. No cash will be accepted, all transactions are to be by account sale, BPay, EFTPOS or credit card. We are committed to reducing contact between staff and clients to reduce the spread of COVID-19. As such, our staff will be practising social distancing of 1.5m minimum and avoiding any physical contact. Please follow the same procedures once you enter the site with both staff and other clients. If you have any Flu Type symptoms or feel unwell, please do not come into our branches. Please give us a call and we will organise a delivery or other suitable solution. Livestock sales will continue as normal under social distance protocols unless advised otherwise. Our agronomy and farm advisory team are out servicing our clients; however, our protocol is to not share vehicles with clients. Advisors will either carry out paddock inspections alone, or if a client would like to be present there will need to be a second vehicle. These measures have not been taken lightly and are done to protect all parties from this outbreak, and to ensure that we can indeed remain open and not a victim of isolation. We hope everyone remains safe and healthy and we look forward to resuming normal interactions when it’s deemed safe by the Australian Health Authorities. Regular updates will also be posted on our website: www.deltaagribusiness.com.au/covid #unified #socialdistancing #communityspirit #covid19
