Jojo is a total smooch, he is affectionate, sweet and loyal to the core. Jojo is an absolute heart stealer who is looking for his perfect match... Keep reading if you think you might want to add this handsome man to your home Jojo must have another confident dog friend in his new home, he gets along with dogs of all size but prefers mature doggy pals rather than wild puppy energy. Jojo must have access inside always, he is totally housetrained and can use a doggy for albeit a large one. Jojo is looking for a home with no children! Currently Jojo shares his home with a toddler and whilst Jojo has never been nasty, the toddler makes him quite anxious which is the reason he is looking for a child free home. Jojo does have some anxiety, he has been a long term patient of our friends at Pet Behaviour Vet and has made great improvements, he is on a combination of medication which will be lifelong, the meds are reasonably inexpensive. Jojo would love a mature family that can include him in as much of the family activities as possible, daily walks and enrichment are important but the most important thing is quality time together with his people. Jojo is a large boy, he’s approx 36kgs and is fairly true to his breed, he has high energy and is not suited to a home with pocket pets or cats. Experience with anxious dogs is ideal, Jojo has so much love to give and needs a family that will understand when he’s feeling a bit overwhelmed. He has a great grasp of the basics and will excel with force free training. Location: Sydney, Jojo is only adoptable in NSW or the ACT. If you think you fit the bill and want to add this tall drink of water to your home, email [email protected] If your home is not right for Jojo, hit that ‘share’ button! We are desperately hoping that this will be the last one, so send all the good vibes Pepe’s way! You got this Pepe Pepperoni!

12.01.2022 APPLICATIONS CLOSED ADOPT SCRUNCHIE Age: 8 years... Breed: Chihuahua Location: Sydney Chihuahua lovers unite for the best little lady in town has just become adoptable! Is she going to break her foster mamas heart when she leaves... 100% but this pint size cutie is ready to fly the coop and find her forever family. Scrunchie is teeny tiny, 1.3kgs to be precise. She needs a home with no young children and a quiet environment where she can just chill and soak up all the love. Scrunchie currently resides with dogs big and small but she prefers the company of other tiny dogs, so a home with another chihuahua or similar is ideal. A total foodie, Scrunchie loves to eat! She only has two teeth left after a massive dental and needs a super high quality, soft food diet to keep her dancing for her dinner. Scrunchie is quite the character at home and is beginning to enjoy little outings as well, she’s not a dog park dog and prefers a quiet adventure with her friends. Scrunch must have access inside always! She is most at home under a blanket on the couch. Scrunchie has stolen her foster carers heart so whoever is lucky enough to adopt her will need to keep in contact with her foster fam Scrunchie is located in Sydney’s, inner west. 12.01.2022 Say hello to Mrs Wu! We heard about Mrs Wu’s urgent need for assistance via a groomer who was concerned about her health. The owners didn’t have to be asked twice when the option of surrender was on the table and we whisked off to get Mrs Wu to the vet so she could receive treatment for a hideous skin infection (photo in comments). ... Mrs Wu is 9 years young and after a life spent alone in the backyard, her first night inside with a warm blanket and cuddles on request was a welcomed change. Big thanks to Hillary who didn’t hesitate to play Uber driver for Mrs Wu

12.01.2022 ADOPT JORDIE Age: 2 years Breed: Jack Russell Mix Location: Sydney... Jordie is a ‘work in progress’ ... his foster carer has worked hard with him and he’s made great progress but his carer is having surgery and Jordie needs to be moved. To minimise stress and moving him around, we have decided the best course of action for Jordie is a foster to adopt situation. This will allow us to continue to work with Jordie’s new family until we are confident that he is on the right track! Jordie is looking for a FEMALE ONLY home. Unfortunately Jordie is really frightened of males, we want his new home to be a place he can relax and chill which means his new home needs to be free of men and children. Jordie does enjoy the company of other small dogs, ideally his new home will have a confident dog friend. Patience! Jordie is going to take a little while to settle in to a new environment, his new family will need to be understanding that Jordie needs space and time but once he’s decided you’re in the friend zone... you’ll realise it was worth the wait. Any potential new family must be willing to work alongside us and @Pet Behaviour Vet, Jordie is on medication and will likely be for a long time to come. He also has a training plan that will need to be followed. Jordie doesn’t mind a quiet, casual, sniffy walk but initially he just needs to chill at home, he loves to play with toys and mooch around on the couch. Access inside always, including a safe space he can go to chill out on his own if he feels so inclined. Jordie is a major love bug, once he knows he is safe, he is a pure and utter delight, he forms loyal bonds with those he trusts. He has been through a lot in his short life but we believe his future is bright. Location: Sydney. Jordie is only adoptable in Sydney and close surrounds. If you meet the above criteria and think that your home might be just what Jordie is looking for, please email [email protected] and we will send you an application form. *adoption fee will apply once we all agree that he’s in his forever home.

12.01.2022 ADOPT MAGGIE Age: 11 years Breed: Poodle x Shih Tzu Location: Sydney... Maggie’s been taking it easy and keeping quiet in foster care, she’s now ready for adoption! She’s totally scrumptious, incredibly cute and ready to make someone’s home and heart complete! Maggie is a sweet senior looking for a quiet, chill home with no small children, she does quite like the company of other calm, small dogs so bonus if you’ve already got one of those! Access inside is essential, Maggie loves snoozing on the couch and enjoys a morning snuggle in bed. She likes gentle pats on the chest but does not like to be picked up, Maggie needs a fam that understands she doesn’t want to be overly fussed over but she does like to hang out with her humans. Maggie likes a daily sniffari, walks around the neighbourhood and trips to the local park where she can potter around. Being an older girl, she isn’t into busy dog parks and doesn’t want to walk a marathon, just gentle strolls. Health: Maggie is in good health but does suffer from epilepsy, this requires ongoing, twice daily medication for life. Grooming: Maggie has a high maintenance, non shedding coat, she requires trips to the groomer every 6-8 weeks but it’s important that the groomer is patient and gentle with her. Mags is a quiet girl, she barely makes a peep, she is such a chiller and quite a breeze to care for. Hopefully her new fam are the same, the sit back and relax kind. 06.01.2022 APPLICATIONS CLOSED ADOPT BLOSSOM AND BUTTERCUP Age: Blossom - 4 years / Buttercup 7years... Breed: Bichon Frise Location: Sydney Blossom and Buttercup are two incredibly sweet, super cute fuzz balls who came from a puppy farm raid.
