24.01.2022 Our Christmas alcohol giveaways are all boxed and ready to given away. Our first hamper will be drawn this Monday, the second on Tuesday and the big one will be drawn on Wednesday. 23.01.2022 After taking delivery of the new paint system I have to say Im very pleased with the results of the initial tests, Ive certainly seen professional touch up repairs much worse. This means were now ready to run a free trial on private cars. So anyone with scratches or chips, exclusive to our FB list only, for free paint repair call 0448 477149. Call even if your damage is slightly larger, the trials are about testing the limits of the equipment.

GT Technologies provide one of the worlds most effective and advanced windscreen chip and crack repairs. Shortly Ill be undergoing training with the new equipment however we wont provide this service until were confident of being able to offer the best repair possible. This is where you all come in. 19.01.2022 I thought we might start doing a repair of the week to give some of you a better idea of what can be done with Paintless Dent Repair. You may even recognise the odd car or two! First up is a Holden Monaro from Traralgon. This car has had hail damage removed along with other more severe damage. The first three pics show the removal of a sharp dent on the quarter panel. Unfortunately whatever caused this dent left a groove into the metal making a perfect repair impossible - but it came pretty close :)

18.01.2022 We havent done much with the old facebook page recently so maybe its time for a revamp. Weve also created a new page which will replace this one in time. A little about us, DentRid are Gippslands oldest paintless dent repairers. We work for the majority of body shops and car yards around the Traralgon and Morwell area including brands such as Mercedes and Landrover. We have a number of agents that we operate from as well as many private clients and lease management. Heres a reverse photo series of some of our work. This Calais had a nasty dent with a very aggressive crown which really isnt visible in the photo. It wasnt a perfect repair and as its a car yard repair we did lift it faster than we would if it were a private client or prestige vehicle, but it came up pretty good regardless.

I am looking at taking on a new technician so please share this post with anyone you think may be interested in learning and becoming a professional PDR technician. What will be provided: High level of training both locally and in Melbourne in all aspects of paintless dent repair including all business practises by both myself and other master technicians.... The type of person I am interested in would be mature, flexible with good mechanical aptitude. He/She would be prepared to make a long term commitment, be able at times to be flexible with travel arrangements with interstate work possibly being required. PDR is a highly skilled craft and requires a high level of dedication by anyone considering taking it on, however it can also be highly rewarding. 13.01.2022 Coming soon - Paint! Weve always done very minor paint repairs, now were taking it to a far more professional finish. DentRid will soon be providing professional paint touchups, on site colour matched to your vehicle with an advanced levelling system so none of that BLOB finish. As with all things new, were after practice/test jobs. Exclusive to our facebook friends were offering free paint touchup on minor damage.

09.01.2022 Ever thought about doing something different with your life? PDR is a highly skilled industry. Most that attempt to get into the industry never do, however I would be very interested in speaking to anyone that is interested in working in the field. Our company has far more work than it can handle and Im interested in taking the right person on as a trainee. I would be looking at a long term commitment. Experience with cars would be an advantage, but not essential. This indu...stry suits both men and women equally but can be hard on the body. A good eye is also essential. 04.01.2022 To all our valued customers - due to the hail damage that occured on Christmas day our work load for the next four to six months is booked solid. While we will continue to do private work where possible, due to time restrictions we will only be able to repair minor panel damage, there may also at times be lengthy delays before we can get to you. We will however continue to deliver the same high level of repair our customers have come to expect. While this may be inconvenient for some, we ask that you be patient as it will settle down and return to normal - eventually.
