23.01.2022 This is a 3 year follow up case of six dental porcelain veneers that were placed to correct shape, shade and alignment problems. The reason these porcelain veneers look as good as the day they were placed is due to long-term oral health maintenance. 21.01.2022 Hello wonderful people of Sydney! We have been rather quiet of late on FB and that is because we have had such a crazy busy start to 2020...but we are BACK! We wanted to start by addressing the big 'C' word that has kept many pre-occupied of late...Coronavirus or COVID-19 as the cool kids like to say.... As a health/medical facility we take the safety of our patients, our staff and their families very seriously. Please rest assured we follow the Australian Dental Association's Guidelines for Infection Control, which includes minimising the risk of transmitting viruses including but not limited to the novel Coronavirus. We employ universal infection control standard precautions which means that we do the same thing, consistently, day-in-day-out, which assumes that everybody may be a potential source of an infectious disease. We ask all of our patients to please tell a member of our staff if you or someone you have been in contact with has travelled overseas or has any of the following symptoms: 1. High temperature/Fever 2. Cough 3. Sore throat 4. Shortness of breath If you have any of the above symptoms we can help direct you to an appropriate NSW Health testing facility. If you or your child is feeling unwell please remain at home until fully recovered. Remember to wash your hands throughout the day and to carry your own personal hand sanitiser and use it regularly. We have placed hand sanitisers and disinfectant wipes in convenient locations along with hand wash in bathrooms. The frequency of cleaning hard surfaces such as benches, door handles and other equipment used in the clinic is also standard practice. Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment by following simple steps will help make a difference.

As we near the end of 2020 we wanted to take a moment as a team to stop, reflect and be thankful for the wonderful bonds of friendship we have cultivated in our workplace. Case in point- as we were preparing to go out and celebrate our many accomplishments this year, COVID hit the Northern Beaches the same day and we decided as ...a team to cancel our plans. 09.01.2022 WE ARE BACK GUYS! We are so excited to announce that the Government has recently eased COVID-19 restrictions on dental clinics from Level 3 to Level 2 . This means that we can now perform a wider range of dental procedures while still ensuring your safety ... Treatments that create minimal aerosols or where aerosols can be managed appropriately can now be performed with additional infection control measures. These include but are not limited to the following: Consultations + X-Rays Fillings Simple Extractions Splints + Mouthguards Dentures Emergencies + Trauma Take-Home Whitening. Treatments that are still restricted until we are operating at Level 1 again include: Scale + Polish Dental Implant Surgery Periodontal/Gum Surgery Surgical Extractions. We will be contacting all of you that are already on our stand-by list in the coming days and weeks. You can also get in touch with us directly if you would like to make a booking. All patients will still be triaged over the phone to ensure treatment needs meet Level 2 guidelines. 02.01.2022 Dental Treatment & COVID-19 Update Dearest DOE Family, Keeping you all safe and healthy is our top priority right now. We understand these are stressful times, particularly for the most vulnerable in our communities. It is so important now more than ever before that we take care of each other. ... With the escalation of COVID-19 within Australia, the Dental Association has recommended limiting the provision of routine dental treatment until 30 April 2020. The primary objective of this advice is to help prevent further spread of COVID-19, and to assist in the conservation of PPE to protect our front line workers in the health system. In accordance with this advice, we at Dentists on Enmore have postponed all routine dental treatment until 30 April 2020 for all of our patients. Most of you will already be aware that we have in fact been actively rescheduling non-urgent treatment for the last 2 weeks. Please rest assured we will still be here for you to provide urgent care. Strict adherence to national guidelines pertaining to infection control precautions is always followed. For clarity on what constitutes an urgent or emergency condition, please contact us via phone or email and our staff will help triage you to ensure that you are looked after. We have temporarily removed online booking options so that we can triage everybody appropriately. 01.01.2022 What are Composite Veneers? Composite veneers are hand-fashioned white restorations which are used to improve tooth colour,shape and alignment. They are usually completed in one visit and are extremely conservative. In fact, in the majority of cases they are done without any removal of tooth structure making them entirely reversible. For this beautiful patient we placed 8 composite veneers to improve tooth alignment and discolouration problems without any tooth removal.
