11.01.2022 I am offering 1/2 shoot's at $75 until 15th of November for Family Calendars, these make a great Xmas present that will bring joy all year round. Here is an example of one that I did for all our family, they can't wait till next Xmas to get the new calendar. All calendars are high quality and on thick card so no droopy ears (corners).
10.01.2022 Born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 1974. Sutueal started his professional career as an Artist in the Addis Ababa College of Fine Art in 1991. He was influenced by traditional Ethiopian mosaic art he quickly was singled out from his peers because of his artistic brilliance. The aesthetic brilliance brought to his paintings by his use of vivid colors, detailed forms and his choice of subject are some of the qualities in his paintings. At the time Sutueal had been exhibiting his work...s in a solo show at the age of only 16. This show was a outstanding success and significant achievement. In 1992 he moved to Nairobi, Kenya, where he continued his art studies at the Kenyatta University, his work evolved into a new out look on different style of art and made him to develop as an artist to discover the abundant source of African art. He also began working on sculptures using a new material such as wood, stone and bronze to satisfy his artistic thirst. From 1994-1998 he extensively exhibited in National galleries, contemporary private and public galleries across the east African countries. His unique art form expression drew the focused attention of the UN and he was commissioned produce a major piece by the United Nations Peace Education Department in 1997. Reach for the touch a painting in oil on canvas, (2.47x1.6 Meters) is still displayed in the UNHCR headquarters, Geneva. The following year Sutueal was invited to showcase his work at the 50th anniversary of the World Declaration of Human Rights Day. In 1999 seeking new experiences and a new lifestyle, Sutueal decided to make the life Changing move to Melbourne, Australia. He brought with him all his previous experience, talent and brilliance to be presented to a new audience. He has enriched the Melbourne art culture with his works. As his works continue to evolve, he takes pride in his ability to reform his expression into a new style of painting every 3-4 years, and is always upping the ante on the expectations he has of himself and of his art. Sutueal, during his time in Melbourne, has exhibited in some of the most prestigious and prominent spaces as part of the Multicultural Art Victoria program. He has exhibited in the Manningham Public Art Gallery, the Melbourne Art Centre, George Adams Gallery and 45 Downstairs Flinders Lane Gallery, and has also exhibited extensively outside this program. Each exhibition has been met with significant critical praise and contributes invaluably to the body and quality of cultural art in Victoria. Because of the amount of styles over such a diverse range of subjects Sutueals Art is sought after by private collectors all around the world. It is preserved and displayed as pieces of spectacular Cultural and contemporary realist fine Art. See more
