24.01.2022 Playgroup is open tomorrow 8:30 - 11:00 at the rec centre It's FREE!... Great opportunity to get out the house, meet some other parents and let the kids have a play. We have coffee/tea/milo available and small kitchen. Stress free environment and a safe for the kids to play. Hope to see you tomorrow

23.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Just wanted to give you a quick update on Derby Playgroup. We are still struggling with numbers and hoping with afew changes we can bring people back and create a positive happy place for kids and parents to come. ... Changes - We are only open on Thursdays but will be increasing the open times. It'll now be open from 8:30-11:00. - We will also be dropping the $2 session fee. From next Thursday Playgroup will be FREE! You will still be required to pay the $35 yearly membership fee to playgroup WA for insurance purposes but no more regular $2 fee! We ask that you still bring a piece of fruit to share but every session is FREE Our committee is still only 4 people (Vicky, Justine, Vera and Sharne) if you would like to join the committee or would just like to share you ideas please let us know. 18.01.2022 We are having the best time at Playgroup this year! It’s a very relaxing and casual play date for parents and little ones. We have a lot of new faces and with this comes extra toys, mess and coffee which we love ... Since the kids are having so much fun they are getting hungry so we as that you bring a piece of fruit or some biscuits for the kids to share Also we like to be able to provide tea, coffee, milk so with this we ask for a $2 donation towards this each session. We are loving all the extra helping hands with set up and pack away, so thank you it is greatly appreciated and hasn’t gone unnoticed.

13.01.2022 Would you like to see Derby Playgroup reopen? Then we need your help! We are looking for people to join our committee and offer a helping hand. There is very little responsibility and you can choose how involved you want to be. It’s mainly to help open the occasional sessions, assist with setting up/packing away and bring some fun ideas for the kids to enjoy At this stage we do not have enough people reopen Derby Playgroup so please contact me if you can help. I’d really love to have some support

13.01.2022 We have had a positive response to our search for new members so will be holding an info session at the Rec Centre on Thursday. If you are interested in knowing more about Derby Playgroup and possibly joining the committee please come along. 9-11 and please bring the kids

TIME: 8:30 - 11:00 am both days We are trailing FREE sessions but we ask you bring a piece of fruit to share. Lots of toys, activities and fun to be had by everyone. We always have the kettle on for tea/coffee for the adults to take a breath and some time out if needed. Spread the word and come check it out!

04.01.2022 It's with great regret that we have decided to close derby Playgroup. Unfortunately the numbers are to low for us to keep it open. With this said, if anyone would like to take on derby Playgroup and the committee we are happy to assist in anyway to get it back up and running. ...
