Skills and experience Men's hairdresser/barber with experience in this industry Friendly personality Cut hair using clippers, scissors or razors Full face & head shave/ beards and moustaches must be competent Advise clients on hair care needs Attend training in order to keep up to date with new products and techniques/ staff meetings Good communication skill in English Operate a cash register Perform reception duties such as answering telephone calls and making appointments Sell/ recommend retail products to clients Maintain client records Minimum 2-3 years of experience in men's hairdressing Clean the salon, work areas and equipment Work as a team member Must be punctual and reliable. Take pride in the job and workplace ensure it is clean and tidy at all times Respect client and work colleagues privacy Uniform Take pride in appearance and own grooming- Uniform must be worn in its full entirety.
