25.01.2022 Happy Easter to everyone it's nice to see that a fantastic and well design home last forever. It was a great surprise this morning while I was driving around a Satterley estate. I come across a sign on a fence that had one of my designs that won home design awards for that builder. This home was one of my last concept display homes that I did for Domination homes and considering I design this home 15 years ago. It shows that great design lives forever. thank you, Satterley you made my day. cheers

We have also wished to announce our New Entertainer design to the first or second home buyer. I will be uploading this design and price over the weekend. 12.01.2022 IMPORTANT NEWS FROM THE RESERVE BANK At its May meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) decided to keep the official cash rate at 1.5% - despite speculation from economic analysts that there may be at least one, or possibly two RBA rate cuts by the end of this year. However, it seems the RBA has elected to wait until after the Federal Election before making any moves. Meanwhile, the housing price correction continues with all property markets showing falls during A...pril except the ACT, creating some great opportunities for those in the market to buy a home. 07.01.2022 2 STOREY UNIT DEVELOPMENT IN CANNING VALE A great design with a flexible floor plan allows a unit developer to capture the market. Maximised the block potential allows a developer to keep cost down and offer a market leading price when selling. The design is the key. As blocks get smaller, it’s important to create designs that allow open plan living, incorporating kitchen, meals and living area with views to opening out door areas.... Creative use of storage, under the stair, is a great example. The old laundry is slowly disappearing and being placed in a kitchen, or in the store area attached to the garage. This can free up space that can be added to other more suitable areas. Upper floor usually has all the bedroom with either two bathrooms or a single bathroom with dual access from the passage and the Master suite. The use of a sitting area is a great feature with either a large window or balcony that can capture views of the surrounding areas.
