One of those is excessive or prolonged job stress, which leads to high rates of depression among men. With this in mind, we asked some of our D&B men to share their tips for leading a healthy lifestyle and what they have being doing during lockdown to manage their own mental health during this lockdown period. The team were able to test their bar tending skills with JimmyRum’s home delivered takeaway cocktails, which included a zoom tutorial that went through key cocktail recipes step by step.
