23.01.2022 Just finished 2 verandah replacements. Replaced rotten hardwood joists with treated pine, new merbau decking and Stainless steel cable.

22.01.2022 Major roof alterations. The existing hardwood truss roof was sagging up to 75mm in the bottom cord. This meant that when straightening the ceiling the ceiling height was reduced to 2.32m. Although quite a lot more work and cost we decided to build a new pitched roof inside the existing roof. This meant we achieved a ceiling height of 3.6m and a house that now has some really interesting details.

20.01.2022 Awesome house. Lots of detail. Underneath the iron is a 100 year old house. Looks brand new inside and out. My idea to colour code the iron and stained timbe...r trim. Can't count the number of times I have seen similar attempts. Cedar shingle awnings protect all windows and allow them to be open in the rain. Best part about this house is that it is 5 houses up from Kurrajong Pizza. See more

19.01.2022 This is a curved handrail I just completed. Core drilled into sandstone blocks and installed the 40mm galvanized posts with construction grout. The posts were dipped in gal paint before being set in place. Finished with stainless steel cable and tensioners.

11.01.2022 This was a single glass panel window that we inserted 2 lead light windows into. Looks the part. The lead lights were imported from a little town in Italy.

10.01.2022 Decking work with beautiful feature Waratah stained glass window.

10.01.2022 Very nice pool equipment cover and storage area. A beautiful addition to the area and a big improvement on the old one.

08.01.2022 Pretty detailed bathroom extension finished today.

08.01.2022 This was another interesting and challenging project. We were asked to replicate this beautiful curved copper awning. The cost to supply the copper was so expensive and unreasonable therefore in order to achieve the aged wrought metal effect we used lead. It looks the part.

07.01.2022 This is a custom made mirror and black granite shelf we made at home.

07.01.2022 All happening. New home at the Heights

07.01.2022 Recent bathroom completion.

07.01.2022 This is a solid secret nailed spotted gum timber floor that I recently completed at Grose Vale. I had to do some preparation work to the existing sub floor as it was quite uneven. The end product speaks for itself and leaves a floating floor for dead. The floor I installed was also a few thousand dollars cheaper than the floating floor that was originally quoted. It will last forever, looks better and can be re sanded multiple times. Not to mention it feels solid to walk on and does not creak. Despite what sales pitches companies may use in order to sell a floating floor, the ultimate in quality is still a solid timber floor.

06.01.2022 Beautiful bay window and timber floor project
