25.01.2022 Lauren has been strength training with me for over 1yr and i just wanted to show you all what hard work and commitment can achieve. She has worked hard and has lost over 50cm and 13kg!! 11.01.2022 i’ve posted this before, but it’s a great reminder that when you are training with weights, the scales aren’t the best guide to use for weight/fat loss!! 72kg in both photos!! Throw away those scales when your weights training!! Muscle takes up a lot less room on your body than fat but it’s heavier!! Muscle doesn’t make you bulky, fat does!! 04.01.2022 This is some pics of the changes my body has gone through since i decided to claim it back after giving up on it. After 9 babies it seemed ruined forever on the outside and inside! The first pic is me post tummy tuck, next to a pic of me 2 yrs later weighing 28kg less after i started gym and eating healthy, (and getting new boobs ) Then i go through another pregnancy in which i worked hard to stay fit, strong and healthy. My recovery was amazing and i still try my best to ke...ep in the best shape i can, not just to look my best but to be and feel my best. I have increased my muscle mass and bone density, lowered my cholesterol, no longer suffer from depression blood pressure is perfect. I choose to spend my time and money on helping me live a longer better life not a shorter sicker one. One body to live your whole life in, so take care of it See more
