Whatever support you can provide would be greatly appreciated. This is what we need.... 1. On Thursday the 1st November the Water Minister David Littleproud will be in Deni. He will be travelling from the Edward River Council Chambers to the Deni golf club at around 4.45pm. We want to line the sides of Golf Club Rd with people. Please wear a GREEN shirt We will have some placards etc, but if you want to bring your own that would be great - key messages are (No further water recovery, No Water = No Food, Stand Up to SA, No 450GL, Community Past Tipping Point) It would be best to keep a lid on this as much as possible, but if could organise people or send this onto trusted friends and family please do. Please send a reply or text if you can make it so we have a rough idea of numbers 0414 960 785 2. On Friday 2nd November at 12pm at the Deni Golf Club the Department of Ag and Water Resources will be conducting a public meeting into on-farm efficiencies under the 450GL. The government have not yet proven that they can deliver the water they have, we cannot accept any further water recovery at all, our community has suffered enough. Please round up as many people as you can to this meeting We have had a reliable source infor us the Minister is judgin how angry people are about the program, which we have heard is set to be rolled out in January Thanks, Speak Up

05.01.2022 Ahhh the joys of community radio! We again apologise for the loss of transmission we are in the midst of diagnosing a major fault. Early investigation is that l...ightning has hit the tower causing a fault in one of the transmitters power supplies. Our technical support out of Sydney is on the job, as we speak they have shipped off a stand by unit to get 2HAYFM back on air. To the many callers thanks for your support on this matter, we will endeavour to have our local radio back up & running as soon as possible.
