07.01.2022 Gluten Free & Lactose free Protein Pancakes Ingredients -1 scoop macro mike choc caramel protein (we got this from @joondalup.supplementmart) - 2 mashed bananas... - 2 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice) - 2 eggs, 4 egg whites - 1 scoop baking powder - 1tbsp almond flour - 1tbsp gf flour (woolworths brand) We also put 1 tbsp of dessicated coconut in the mix Method; Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients, then mox all together. Cook in coconut oil or oil of choice. Top with fruit & SUGAR FREE maple syrup!!
