07.01.2022 Was reminded this morning by a beautiful woman l was fortunate to connect with in Ikaria Greece couple of years ago. Thankyou Thea ! ( Ikaria a blue zone area known for longevity , where people grow old together , living & sharing all aspects & ages of life ) What a memory ! ... What a Community ! Bought back a glimpse of my childhood memories with my parents when times were tough , and where this way of living , these values & beliefs shone through even when life was challenging ,as it often was . Even when they couldn’t quite live from what they knew to be true. Today The Grace & Gratitude for the opportunity to Age and live this precious Life with all the experiences is profound . Practicing Be ing In The moment & Living this Precious Life ! I Recently shared Circle with a group of amazing women of all ages & stages who shared their Thoughts around Self Awareness ! Self Concept ! The Courage & Curiosity to connect to self , to raise Honest Self Awareness & to practice Self Care and Self Love was indeed a Breath of fresh Air ! After a somewhat challenging & different time in our world A reminder for us all To remember to remember To Care for self To strengthen the Physical the Mental the Emotional and the Spiritual Be -ing , so very important . Our Health is Definately our Wealth Take care & remember to self care .
