11.01.2022 Here it is. The ‘final day of 2020 post.’ But what do we say & where would we begin? Most definitely with GRATITUDE ... To our staff, the families of Dreams, the wider Community, our parents, husbands & children, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We never forget it’s you who are needed for our Dreams to exist. Not only did Developing Dreams survive 2020, because of the relationships existing in our personal & professional lives, it thrived. Just like you, we observed, evaluated (guessed!) & adapted. In March we created online training programs to support others to remain EMPOWERED. We created a closed Facebook page to maintain the communication among families, children & staff which included dances, stories & more. Celebration of Dreams was extended to cater for returning families ... but only after ‘Elsa & Anna’ distributed gifts to the non-attending children Tiarn announced her desire to undertake a Bachelor of Education in 2021 & Sarah & Carly returned as relief educators. Catherine’s daughter Ava also joined the relief team ... just in time to support the announcement of the acquisition of Warnervale Wallabies Preschool. This rare & valued opportunity enabled us to spread our philosophy of Relationships & Wellbeing to more staff, children & families. We cannot thank each member of the Community of Dreams enough.
