21.01.2022 We are reaching out to all our families. We have our new fancy booking system and we are invoicing through this. It has been a stretch getting this up and moving... Reminder, that for community clients our travel time is now a separate line on the invoice to our therapy. This fits with how we bill NDIA clients on the portal. We have been very ethical, with metro clients having 10 minutes of travel, rural 30 minutes (occasionally a bit more if they are mmm5) and remote areas negotiated. Thank you for your patience if we stuff anything up during our transitional phase. we are really aiming high Let me know if anything doesn't look right Based on my humour in this one, i am having a rest!!!! alison
