12.01.2022 Hi everyone, Peter and I sincerely hope you are all healthy. That is the main thing. We are not an essential service (yeah, I know right?) We are closed, and unable to make a living, like MANY others. We are working on ways to still eke out a living and PADI has helped by reducing the price of their elearning by 25%, the idea behind that is, you can purchase the elearning for your desired course/s, at a fabulously reduced rate, and complete the practical component once we are... able to move on from this. We are available via ZOOM to help and interact if you prefer, it would also make it more fun for all of us. If we get enough people purchasing elearning we could even schedule some group sessions for different courses! Some courses we can even complete online and via ZOOM as they do not require actual dives. Let us know if you would like to continue doing something you are passionate about AND us. We can hook you up. I will also pop the discounted learning on our site. Can I also take this opportunity to thank everyone who has contacted us to see if we are okay and to support us. We have been humbled. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou!!! We will be offering some 2nd hand tanks and gear for sale over this period, of course, tanks will be in test and gear will have been serviced by Pete, a mechanical engineer by trade, and with all the required tickets in place. Let us know if you would like some gear! Have a lovely weekend and appreciate your loved ones! Ohh... one more thing, We are still running First Aid Courses ( online, not face to face , we have had some great/fun video submissions via ZOOM) so if you or your company needs certification contact us!
11.01.2022 How good to be home! Pete and I had a lovely dive at the Seaway on Tuesday. It was very gloomy above water. Rain. Dark clouds. But, under the water the glow from our smiles lit the way. And we had the whole site to ourselves! That was a surprise. The predicted rain stayed away today, forecast westerlies should arrive for the weekend which will drop the air temp but the water temp is still a balmy 24 deg, wetsuit optional. Have an awesome long weekend everyone. x
