07.01.2022 Home pickling. Preserved lemons I made 2 or 3 years ago, if anything, are better this year. No signs of deterioration. New pickles are rhubarb n red cabbage. Works in progress.

01.01.2022 Neoguri Ramyum. My fave instant noodles. Slightly thicker n rounder than most noodles with seafood touches including a piece of kelp n these cute panda faces of dried fish.
