19.01.2022 Attended a call to a clients house complaining headaches shes been having in the bedroom!.. when the gas fire is on!...Pic 1 She also complained that there was a funny smell of gas every now and then!.. Pic 2 Gas meter (partially concealed into cavity) was missing a sealing washer on the outlet of the meter, which had thread tape as a seal. Gas was leaking and managed to enter the cavity via advantageous openings into the cavity.... Pic 3 sealing washer was installed and the gas fire bayonet capped and re-commissioned. I think one lucky lady!..
