15.01.2022 Hey all you wonderful people! First of all thank you, thank you, thankyou for all your support over these tough times. There is no feeling like it having your community back you to provide a service that you absolutely love. Sadly, The latest announcement of the shutdown of non essential work by the Victorian government will see The MMM close tonight at 8pm (extended hours). Our mobile service is something we are hoping to continue but will confirm this as more information... about the closures are released. One of my massage mantras is prevention is better than cure and in this case extreme measures are being taken to ensure the health and wellbeing of us all. It is more important than ever to look after your body now. I will be going back to basics with good food, sleep, movement and connection with love one's which I am totally grateful for. Further info about mobile services to come and a few appointment times left today before we close 10am, 2pm, 3pm & 6pm Tara xx

04.01.2022 Hello wonderful people, As you can probably guess and expect The MMM is closed for business until further notice. The safety and wellbeing of our patients is our top priority and when we are given the all clear to practice we will be back to look after your bodies again. As a massage therapist social distancing is like our arch nemesis but even though it is challenging and uncertain times it is for some (sorry not the real MVP's that are essential workers) forced R & R that ...will nourish your body in ways that in our normal world would not be possible. Slowing down, enjoying simple pleasures and having time to connect with yourself and others in different ways is a positive. As we continue to work together to flatten the curve and protect our loved ones we also have a unique opportunity to give back to our bodies.
