25.01.2022 Yesterday I released details for the ‘HOP SKIP PONY’ online course for the junior pony enthusiast. Today is for teenagers and adults!!! HOOVES UP FOR IT???? While we are experiencing these rocky times it’s a great opportunity to further your knowledge about what makes your favourite furry friends ‘tick’, spend time delving into YOUR interests and sharing that with a bunch of similar minded people. Horse management, stable routines, competition preparation (including plaiting ...and what to do when you arrive at the comp), learning about competition rules and etiquettes...... The list is pretty long, and the classes will largely be driven by the students and their interests. This isn’t a ‘learn how to ride’ or ‘riding lesson’ group, although there may be a few tasks thrown in there for those lucky souls that still have access to their pony!! There will be a special ‘meet a personality’ component to each class in which you will get to put a face/voice to the name and a question and answer time will add to the fun. I also expect for there to be a ‘bit of banter’ in each session where we can all learn from each other, this is a pro-active situation!! My idea is to unite, educate, entertain and most importantly connect those in the horse community during these extremely difficult times. I am offering a FREE TRIAL next week where we can explore the learning platform (Zoom video conferencing), on your computer/iPad/tablet or phone. This will include a little snippet of what to expect in the classes which comprises of either weekly or twice weekly attendance of approximately 90 minutes duration. Actual class sizes will be limited to ensure an optimal learning experience for all participants. To be included in the FREE TRIAL this week (either Tuesday 7th at 12.30 pm or Thursday 9th at 7.30pm) please pm your email address to me, and you will receive your invite. If you can’t make either or those times please pm me anyway and let’s see what we can work out! Thank you and I look forward to ‘seeing’ lots of people soon. Have a great day, Sandy
