12.01.2022 Matt and Tony recently did a carpet clean in Koongal. The carpets had been cleaned by another carpet cleaner that was organised by the tenant but there was a stain remaining. Rebecca (the owner) called DCC just to see if there was anything else we could do Here's what she had to say...‘The guys were great. The stain came out in just a few seconds. I’m not sure what the other cleaner did.

She is in her training phase and is learning how to answer phone calls, do Quality Assurance Calls and do the day to day running of the business. 08.01.2022 LARI'S FIRST DAY ON THE JOB Lari has completed her first module of carpet cleaning training - vacuuming. And what did she learn about vacuuming??? Vacuuming removes the loose soil and other particles (up to 78% of the total amount of soil) before we begin the steam cleaning process. This is the most important step in the cleaning process because if the dirt is not removed, it will turn into mud and make it much harder to get the carpets clean. Here she is working with Tony at Rockhampton Grammar School yesterday.

Drewe is a Diamond Carpet Cleaning Level 3 Technician. This means he has done in-house training in carpet, tile, rugs, upholstery (both leather & fabric). Drewe has also attended professional carpet and upholstery cleaning schools.
