25.01.2022 For those of you who don’t know me I thought I would tell you a bit about myself. My name is Bronte Lloyd and I grew up on a sheep and cattle station 3 hours so...uth west of Longreach. I was home schooled till grade 5, then went away to boarding school in Toowoomba. I went home for my gap year before heading to UNE and completing my Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Science and majored in Animal Production. I have been working in the livestock nutrition and animal health space for a bit under 5 years. I have also been running my own beef herd on my parent’s property. I do custom drylicks, grain rations, blocks and everything in between for all classes of livestock from dairy cows to goats. I have been lucky enough to help people with their nutrition needs all over QLD, NT and NSW. I have seen all ends of the supply chain and understand how small changes on farm can have big impacts on a business’s bottom line! An extra 10% calves or 10kg gain means more profit for the business. If you think... my maths is wrong don’t stress you have to take into account the moisture of the feed.
