She was searching far and wide for the perfect practice, a place she could call Holistic Chiropractic home. ... .. 5 years ago Dr Andy was the soul director of OSH, a small but mighty practice in the heart of Freo. She had a small family with another addiction on the way and was looking to expand her practice so she could go on maternity leave. .. Cue the meet-cute! They locked eyes. Sparks flew. Magic happened. They knew. Fast forward to present day. With the help of their Stella team, their superpowers combined to manifest the most magical Chiropractic practice in all of the lands. You try changing your diet + take supplements ... but still no change. What is missing here? 17.01.2022 FAQ: "Is it bad to crack my own back" Is this you?! We know who you are Look we get it, as Chiropractors most of us are recovered crack addicts too. BUT we now know better.... The thing is, there is a reason a Chiropractic degree is 5 years long... it takes an expert to know which joint is stuck and needs movement + realignment. When you crack your own spine, generally you are just moving joints that are already moving well. Those joints become lax and the joints that are STUCK or misaligned become MORE problematic. I am sure you have felt this too ... When you consistently crack your own spine you will feel the need to do it more and more frequently. Are we right? Yep thought so Hands up if you are a recovering crack addict!

16.01.2022 Waking not feeling rested? Struggling to get to sleep? Did you know you can hack your body into the best nights sleep by activating something called your pineal gland? ... The pineal gland is responsible for regulating melatonin. If you didnt know, melatonin is one of the hormones responsible for our sleep patterns and circadian rhythms (aka sleep hygiene). Scientific research is still in the early stages, however preliminary findings also suggest that melatonin helps protect against cardiovascular issues such as hypertension (high blood pressure). The pineal gland is also bathed in highly charged cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and has more blood flow per cubic volume than any other organ. Its pinecone shape is found in art and artifacts of many ancient traditions, where it is associated with enlightenment and immortality. Ancient Egyptians revered this tiny gland and even preserved it separately during the process of mummification. With its spines and spirals, the pinecone illustrates a perfect Fibonacci sequencesymbolizing growth and the unifying force that underlies creation, all embodied in an activated pineal gland. 13.01.2022 Is your body not feeling much like home these days? Needing some deep, soul-nourishing healing in the comfort of your own home? Did you know you have your own in-built healing mechanism?... Our voice and the vibration of sound has a powerful effect on us. Crying, laughing, talking, singing, humming, a healthy scream (by yourself perhaps!) or any other vocal expression are fundamental ways that we shift energy and express ourselves. It feels GOOOOOD and the more we let it out the more we feel cleansed and renewed. Each part of our body resonates at different frequencies. Often by the time you feel your pain symptom, there has been a long process of underlying dysfunction building in your bod.... Yep, symptoms are often the LAST thing to come when there is dis-ease in your body. BUT they are also the first thing to go. This is where we step in and work with our clients on their personal goals. We ask: Would you like to JUST address your symptoms?
