24.01.2022 We recently completed an engineered LS3 conversion in our weekend vehicle running a GM E38 PCM. This LS3 is backed by a manualised trimatic and a Dominator HiStall turning a 9 inch diff. The twin exhaust was built in house from 3 inch stainless tube and was fully TIG welded.

21.01.2022 We got to sneak out for a quick fish this morning of Carrum and what a way to start such a ripper morning. Using FISH on Bait & burley Red Bullets Right on sunrise 16m on a Reedy's Rigs scallop with Cowanyoung just tipping over the 7kg in weight. It’s going to be a ripper season!

17.01.2022 355 Holden motor currently in the build for a customers HJ Holden. This will be coupled with a Dominator 3000rpm converter and a Turbo 350 backed by a 9 inch.

16.01.2022 Sam’s Haines Hunter 530 in for a set of racks today. We modified the rear mounting legs to move the racks back and retain access to the bait tanks. These racks are still completely removable from the boat when not required. Time for a snapper session!

These racks are 10 way racks, polished stainless, removable when not in use, height adjustable and steady as! Why get a set made when we have them ready to go. We also completed a rewire and new led lights on this trailer.

12.01.2022 Richards 489 Baymaster in for a Viper Micro, custom winch brace, 3 roller Viper Bow Sprit. We also fitted a new dual battery setup and one of our custom charge leads. Out custom charge lead allows you to charge both batteries simultaneously with your isolator switched off and to trickle charge your batteries keeping them in top condition. And so simple to use, all you need to do is plug it in, and unplug it when you’re ready to go.... Nice neat install ready to hit the water with effortless anchoring!

12.01.2022 Kalen's Savage centre console with a complete Viper Micro 1000watt fitout. Whilst most tinnies come with a plastic anchor well these days, we cannot mount the winch directly into the bucket, and as manufacturers make the buckets too shallow, you sometimes have no option but to brace and mount the winch externally. This doesn’t matter when you have a full stainless, water submersible winch. It will always look the part, always perform, and won’t take in any water.... On this particular boat, we had to cut and reposition the bow rails and modify the bow to fit a bow sprit on. This is all done in house and the rails are then TIG welded into their new position. 10.01.2022 Jono’s 355 Stroker now coupled with a B&M Turbo 350, Dominator Torque Converters 3000 converter and an ICE Ignition system almost ready to drop in and wire for a run in! Getting close to fire up time now!

10.01.2022 Tonight we rewired an anchor winch on this 7.2 Olympian. The previous owners had decided that 4mm and 6mm cable was good enough to power the winch but the test of time proved otherwise resulting in the cable burning and the winch operating painfully slow with a side of smoke. The winch setup was completely required using 25mm marine tinned B&S cable and appropriate tinned lugs. ... A total of 28m of cable was used on this boat having to run from behind the centre console, under the floor and out the front with another run to the battery and isolator. It’s important to ensure that any time a winch or accessory is fitted, the correct cable is used in order to maintain everything in working order. The images explain why. Another happy fisho here!

08.01.2022 It’s not too often we get the chance to do anything on our own boat, but when the reds are coming in, we make an exception and after a couple of late nights this is the result. Out with the old and in with the bigger and newer outboard. We went from an 88 model 100HP Mercury to a later 2003 Yamaha Saltwater Series 2 EFI 2 Stroke. ... New gauges and a custom dash panel to cover the old gauge holes, new Bell Marine Elite series stainless switch panel custom engraved to suit our boats accessories. With an original HP rating of 140, we had Nelson’s Marine Surveys assist with a rerate to 150HP keeping everything legal and above board. To top it all off we opened this seasons snapper account on Sunday morning with a 4.5kg red! Hope to see you all out on the water!

08.01.2022 We installed a Viper Rapid for Thomas in his centre console a short while ago, but he’s since decided he wanted something bigger. Hence Thomas is back with his new addition, custom plate boat. After realising that he can no longer lift a 15lb plough by hand, we hooked him up wit a new Viper Gravity Freefall winch kit.... These winches release around 138m rope per minute, and are the perfect fisherman’s companion. Who needs the Mrs to throw an anchor when you can fish all day and talk to a winch! After the install it was time for a set of wheel bearings to finish the day. Thank Thomas and enjoy the boat!

06.01.2022 Ed’s Bluefin Weekender with another Viper Micro 1000watt fitout. There winches never look out of place and perform amazingly! Safe to say that Ed will never have to pull an anchor up again!

04.01.2022 Another set of racks done and dusted coupled with a new fibreglass bait board, the best part about this set is we get to use them ourselves! These racks have a total of 22 holders. We have also hinted the front near the clears to allow access on and off the boat.... We can make these racks to suit any boat! They are also fully removable so if you buy another boat, you can keep your racks and have them fitted!

04.01.2022 Chris bought his Haines Signature in a while ago for a set of corner snapper racks, after looking around for a quality bait board to compliment the polished stainless racks, he chose to go with the latest release small Viper Bait Board and 4 way top rack. These bait boards measure up at 62cm wide by 40cm depth and come with a removable cutting board to protect the Gel Coat finish.

01.01.2022 Stevens Whitley is now complete with a new custom made rod rack setup on the swim platform. 6 way combing rack with a removable 5 way top rod rack. The top rack can be removed and the whole unit turned around to act as a hand rail on the swim platform.
