20.01.2022 The Small Business Digital Grants Program - Round 7 is open for matched funding by the QLD Department of Employment, Small Business and Training! Matched funding of up to $10,000 is available for successful applicants to build new and redevelop websites, develop social media campaigns and building digital systems! We had two successful clients in round 6 who were able to secure more than $12,000 in matched funding to redevelop a website and another to build an app.... ELIGIBILITY: - have fewer than 20 employees at the time of applying for the grant - have an Australian Business Number (ABN) and be registered for GST - have Queensland headquarters - have a turnover of $2 million or less in the last financial year - not be insolvent or have owners/directors that are an undischarged bankrupt. Small businesses can now apply for the grant for activities including: Financial, legal or other professional advice... Marketing and communications activities Digital or technology strategy development The grants can also be used to buy specialised digital equipment or business specific software to help move the business online. The grants are aimed at small businesses forced to temporarily close or were impacted because of Covid-19.
