Digital artists need to be flexible, collaborative, and willing to continually learn and frequently update their tools to be at the top of their game. That's how you grow from designing with Photoshop 2.0 to leading the visual development and art direction for the likes of Sony Pictures, DreamWorks and Digital Domain. Dave Bleich shares his journey from art student to matte painter to colourist for some of the biggest and most ambitious animated films ever made. He steps us through his approach to the lesser-known process of colour script design for the epic feature animation, SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE from Sony Pictures Animation."
