25.01.2022 Dioxide Pacific recently provided an Electricide CDE-25 (472 g/hr 25 pounds per day) electrochemical chlorine dioxide generator and dosing system to replace a traditional 2-chemical generator utilising 33% HCL and 25% sodium chlorite. 23.01.2022 5 x CDEB2.5 Chlorine Dioxide ClO2 generators nearing mechanical completion in our workshop. These generators produce 47 g/hr of 2000ppm pure chlorine dioxide solution. Potable water, food and beverage applications require the highest level of chlorine dioxide purity. The Electricide generators produce chlorine dioxide gas which has been air-separated. No other impurities such as chlorite, chlorate, chloride or sodium are included. An additional sample pump has been supplied for continuous sampling during low flow/pressure situations. 07.01.2022 Dioxide Pacific recently completed the design, construction and installation of a Sodium Hypochlorite storage and dosing unit. The dosing equipment is housed in a transportable concrete building. In the design phase we create a 3D model to accurately represent the plant prior to construction. The customer is able to review the plant in 3 dimensions as part of the design process. The building houses a 2,500L custom HDPE storage tank, with ultrasonic and capacitive level switc...hes. The concrete bund is coated with chemically resistant coating. Fiberstrut channel and fasteners are used throughout to ensure chemical resistance and longevity. A second room houses the control panel, dosing skids and chlorine analysers. The control is LV and ELV segregated and complete with battery back-up. The dosing skid features duty/standby dosing systems with all necessary dosing equipment for accurate dosing. A magnetic flow meter provides totalisation and dosing verification. The building was fabricated off site which meant minimal disruption onsite for the client, it was factory tested and commissioned for quick installation onsite. Site installation was limited to installation of safety showers and bund steps. The client was able to run sampling and process water to exact locations, based on the design drawings to match building penetrations. Site acceptance testing also occurred.

03.01.2022 Dioxide have recently completed another 6 dosing skids for Alum and Ferric. The skids will be installed onsite by the client with their own dosing pumps. Some pumps were provided to assist with fabrication. The skids come factory pressure tested. Dioxide was responsible for the mechanical design from a client supplied P&ID. The skids are painted in the client's choice of colour to identify contents. The skids feature HDPE backboards and powder coated stainless steel frames. Fiberstrut - chemically resistant channel is used to support flushing and drainage points.
02.01.2022 Dioxide recently delivered three electrochemical Chlorine Dioxide generators. Dioxide Pacific's Electricide CDEB1 and 2.5 units use electrochemistry to generate chlorine dioxide. The capacity of these units is 1 ppd (19 g/hr) and 2.5 ppd (47 g/hr) of chlorine dioxide solution. This can be provided in G (gas) or S (solution) versions. They produce pure chlorine dioxide in gas form or 2,000 ppm solution. Suitable for disinfection and oxidation applications.
