18.01.2022 We understand everyone is excited that we may get to open up a week earlier than we thought (yay) but this isnt a confirmed date as of yet. We will not be booking, rescheduling or moving any appointments until we have a confirmed date. 18.01.2022 Just a little update regarding our Mornington salon With restrictions constantly changing on the opening date for hair salons we have decided to put on hold any further bookings for our new Mornington salon. If you do wish to book in we will be putting together a wait list for everyone’s availability’s and preferred days and times so please feel free to give us a message.... We previously booked everyone in and unfortunately had to reschedule twice now. So, we thought we would hold off from making future bookings at the present moment in the hope we can open earlier and get a definite date as things are changing. We are a small business and seemingly small things can have a big impact on our day to day running an financial viability so we have introduced the following customer salon policies. We understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, if you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. There may be a cancellation fee applied if you change or cancel within the 24hours. ... If you cancel without notice we may apply a cancellation fee and ask for future appointments to be paid in full for upon booking. We send text reminders 48 hours before your appointment. If we haven’t heard from you within the first 24 hours we will contact you by phone, text or social media message. If we do not have a response 24 hours before your appointment we will assume that you no longer wish to attend and you will need to contact us to make another time. This will allow us time to fill the that spot. We ask that you are punctual, if you are late we may have to shorten your service. If you are more than 15minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment depending on our bookings that day. We do kindly ask that you come on your own as the salon is not an ideal place for children due to safety reasons and the majority of our clients enjoy attending their peaceful time out in the salon.
