05.01.2022 I was fortunate to be involved in yesterdays march in Hyde Park from the Archibald Fountain to the Anzac Memorial for the commemoration ceremony of the Battle of Fromelles France, that took place on 19th July 1916. Australia suffered over 5,000 casualties of which nearly 2,000 men were killed. It was an emotional ceremony as we remembered and paid homage to the sacrifice of those men.
