17.01.2022 It's the new year, and for many the first week back at work! To kick off the working year, we like to start by asking our teams 5 key questions. Getting into this practice (particulary for a people leader) is critical as it helps to create focus and identify any new habits or rituals that you can leverage. Here are our go-to questions to start the working year:... 1. What behaviours or habits did we form in our team in 2020 that served us well? And which habits do we need to break in order thrive in 2021? 2. What do we need to invest in to sustain the growth of our team? i.e. training, platforms, tools etc 3. What can I do to be a better leader and support you in your role? 4. What's one thing you achieved last year that you are most proud of? 5. If you were the CEO, what's one thing you would do differently this year? Each year we've been suprised with the answers. But like a wise person once said, if you dare to ask the question, be prepared for the response!
