15.01.2022 Saturday 21 November morning OzFish Unlimited - Perth Chapter Seeds for Snapper Dive Team Safety Brief and Dive Plan meeting went off without a hitch at The Div...eTub yesterday. Thanks Bradley Fleet for your photography at the shop. With almost 20 divers taking to the seas at Woodman Point, we had some extra challenge with a lick of wind making the swim out to the seagrass site extra spicy #diversbootcamp A fantastic job S4S Dive Team, working together, to complete our Seagrass Weekend with over 85,000 seeds collected and dispersed. Thanks also to the collaboration with UWA and the Cockburn Powerboat Club for helping with dispersal. Our dive group lost a float and flag combo and is in need of a few more, if any one found one at Woodman Point or has one to donate to our group, please drop me a line. We have two more scheduled dives and a bit of a party planned for Sunday 6 December (SAVE THE DATE). If you might be free on Tuesday and are an advanced diver, please get in touch with me (0439770038). There may be a top secret boat trip opportunity for a small crack squad of S4S divers to Carnac island to retrieve some juicy Posidonia fruit from the island's nearshore. Meanwhile, Wednesday 25 November 8am we meet at Adreno Scuba Diving for our Dive Safety Brief and Plan. Dive site TBC. Saturday 28 November our current plan is to meet at The DiveTub 8am (it may be earlier) for our final dive planned for Garden Island TBC. A special thanks to Jamie Hardwick and Philip Moore at The DiveTub for not only having the coolest dive bar where we had our 'Thankyou-Divers' BBQ after our dive yesty, but for also helping keep our dive team safe with the important loan of an oxy viva for our safety management system. Cheers, legends! Drop in an say hi to the guys if you're in the area. They do tank fills for free for our volunteers for the S4S project and can do tank check and servicing. 03.01.2022 Advanced Adventure Diver course with Dave instructing. The divers went through weighting, trim, buoyancy, navigation, dive planning for deep dives to 30m and many other skills. Looked good doing it too!

02.01.2022 DiveTub through our commercial business Arc Subsea is extremely proud to announce that we are now a fully accredited Hydrostatic Gas Cylinder Test Station, in accordance with AS 2337.1:2004 & AS 2337.3:2006 for seamless and composite cylinders - Test Station 221 through DNV-GL. This covers all diving cylinders both aluminium and steel form your small 2-3litre up to 50litre G sized cylinders, in addition to that we can test carbon fibre wrapped composite BA cylinders. 01.01.2022 Hi All, unfortunately CBH Grain Jetty will not be accessible from September to December 2020 due to remediation and construction works being completed on and under the jetty. Due to this, CBH have requested all divers and general public to maintain a 50m exclusion zone from the Jetty. See attached image of the exclusion zone and a letter from CBH.

01.01.2022 Nice nudibranch dive this morning at Woodman Point. Even found a wreck out there. There's some really tall kelp out there, too bad much of it was covered in snot algae at the moment. It'd make for an awesome night dive too.
